withdraw of army and increased the infiltrations of militants and terrorists. after that C M will blame to G O I. and will ask for assistance in the form of money and men powers. because PAK is waiting and CHINA is supporting to PAK. local police personnel's are helpless to take actions against them. the police, political parties and militants are the same. G O I should consider the matter and take decisions.
