today i get early in the morning and used to do my routine duties and enjoyed lot.in true sense i want to enjoy my selfevery moment but being dependent i am unable to carry my life pleasantly.she is fond of conflicts and i do not want any conflict/disputes. it is a personal nature of every indviduals. i hate fighting but she is interested to fight. ego , prestige, reputations, superiority inferiority complexes are there.
life span is very short.if i think i will live/survive 100 years . that is not meaningful but how you enjoyed and to understand yourself and for the family, society, nation how you served. i know i was totally self centered and selfish. i have not served for any one. even i was unable to serve my parents and others. i served my family, wife, daughter and only. we are proud of them but not society. i did labour more but benefitted less. it is mylife and still i amenjoying. DO the work like a alabour and live like a king. so i amenjoying every day.

राजा अधिकारीयों से रिश्वत द्वारा संचित धन ३ प्रकार से प्राप्त कर सकता हैं.===== १ नित्य परिक्षण अर्थात साद अधिकारीयों की जाँच पड़ताल करना अर्थात गुप्तचरों द्वारा उनके दोष जानकर कड़ी सजा देना,२ख़ांआ विपर्याय अर्थात उन्हें उच्च पदों से प्रथक्क करना जिससे भयभीत होकर रिश्वत से धन बताने में बाध्य हो सके ३ समय समय पर अधिकारीयों को पुरुस्कृत करते रहना , जिससे प्रसन्न हो कर गुप्त धन दे देवे.

SAFALTA means if you will raise any objection on the papers so person will be effected by and problem will arise so will provide money and accepted will be satisfied and you will be known as winner..in our ancient books and policy makers had widely and bitterly spoken on this matter also. कार्यार्थी पुरुषो को घूसखोर अधिकारी लूटते हैं. घूसखोरी से सम्बन्ध रखने वाली प्रजा की बलि न करे अर्थात रजा प्रजा को घूसखोरों से बचावे. बल्तापुर्वक रिश्वतखोर समस्त पापों के आगमन का द्वार रूप होते हैं. रिश्वतखोरी से जीविका करने वाले अपनी माता का भी स्तन काट लेते हैं.अर्थात अपने हितेषियो से भी रिश्वत ले लेते हैं तो दूसरों से रिश्वत लेना तो साधारण बात हैं. जिस रजा के यहाँ घूंस के कारन कार्य रुकता हो , वह राजा घूस खोरों के हाथ बिक जाता हैं. अर्थात जिससे रिश्वत ली जाती हैं , उसका अन्याय युक्त कार्य भी न्याय युक्त बता कर रिश्वत खोरों को सिध्ह करना पड़ता हैं, जिससे स्वामी को आर्थिक क्षति होती हैं , यही रिश्वत खोरों द्वारा स्वामी को बेचना समझाना चाहिए . घूस - रिश्वत - आदि अन्याय द्वारा प्रजा से धन की प्राप्ति रजा के लिए उसी तरह की हैं , जिस तरह महा गिरा कर लोहे की कील प्राप्त करने की हैं. घूस खोरी से राजा का महल नष्ट हो जाता हैं.जो राजा घूस - रिश्वत लेकर कार्य करता हैं , उसके राज्य में किसका कल्याण हो सकता हैं. क्योकि यदि देवता रूप राजा भी चोरों की सहायता करने लग जायतो प्रजा का कल्याण कहाँ से होगा ? जब रक्षक ही भषक बन जाये तब प्रजा का कल्याण किस प्रकार हो सकता हैं. राजा के लिए घूस से अर्थ -लाभ प्रदर्शित करने वाला अमात्य ( मंत्री) राजा के देश, कोष , मित्र, और सैन्य का भक्षण कर जाता हैं.नष्ट कर देता हैं. राजा का अन्याय करना , समुद्र के मर्यादा -लंघन के समान, सूर्य द्वारा अन्धकार के प्रसार -सरीखा और माता का अपनी संतान के भक्षण -सा हैं और सब कलिकाल का ही विलास हैं. प्रजा का सुखरूप अथवा दुखरूप समय यापन करने का कारण राजाहोता हैं..

आज हमारे यहाँ चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में भारी अनियमतता हैं. न केवल औशुधि बल्कि चिकित्सक लोगे के द्वारा भी बहुत खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा हैं. आज चिकित्सक बंधू अपने कर्त्यावो के प्रति बहुत लापरवाही करते हैं. उनके द्वारा मात्र पेथोलोजी रिपोर्ट को आधार बनाकर ही इलाज़ में विश्वास करते हैं चाहे जाँच की जरुरत हो अथवा न हो. जाँच रिपोर्ट में नकारात्मक जानकारी होती हैं उस समय चाहे तो अपनी बुध्धि या ज्ञान का उपयोग करके मरीजों की कुच्छ बचत कर सकते हैं परन्तु संभतः कुच्छ labha के लिए मरीजों की पैसो की बर्बादी करने से नहीं चुकते हैं.यहाँ यह नहीं कहना चाहता की वे जाँच न करवाए. बल्कि जरूरत होने पर ही करवाए.यह विषय बहुत विस्त्रत हैं.

SANDESH YATRAS IN GURJRAT
these sandesh yatras are nothing but the easiest sources of publicity. in every where those are in oppositions are trying to defame th ruling party like in Gujrat. we are aware of that these yatras are the pro elections awaking.the ruling party which is powerful and have full machinates in their hands . oppositions have only to expose the ruling party's irregularities.. it is the ideal way of the opposition that some good work is doing by the ruling party should be appreciate and where they are failure so advise them and also cooperate them. because all parties motto's are to serve the people for the welfare of the people. to oppose on all aspects are not worthy. some time to say good words for the ruling party and the moral duties of the ruling party to respect the oppositions words and opinions. we are in democratic country to respect the opinions of others and also cooperate. opposition is not the solution of any problems. opposition will get a get in or during the election to remove the siting party. during this processions GOVT'S AND opposition's moral duty to control the mobs if fails so ugly scenes appeared and losses of men, properties occur and loss of govt's, individuals and parties. so my humble submission to the politicians that there should not be the ultimate goal of running the government but also make a humanity, friendships, mutual understandings.these values will remain long time. so respect the opinions and persons always.

how to create fearless society
today i read the article HOW to become fearless? article is informative and useful for all. i want to say about the fear. fear is a natural instinct of every soul. it may be human, animal and even plants and vegetables. i want to elaborate about FEAR from AYURVED points of views with treatment then we will able to be a fear less. it is a mental disease.there are two seats of diseases body and mind. both are reciprocally dependent and independent. if mind is ill it effects on our body and body is ill so it effects on our mind. according to Ayurveda WHAT is the definition of HEALTH समः दोषः समागनी सम धातू मलः क्रियाः
प्रस्सने आत्ममने मनः स्वस्थ इतयादिभिय्ते . that means our physiology is normal but if our ATMA(soul), MAN (mind) INDIRIYAS ( 5 senses)ARE NOT PERFECT FIT so we will not be known as healthy. this is a very penetrating and micro approach definition given by ancient scholars.
At the biological level three functional factors the VATA, THE PITTA AND THE KAPHA is stated to be predominately RAJASIKA, SATVIKA AND TAMASIKA. respectively intheir constitution .at the level of mind rajas and tams are considered to be faults of DOSAS in view of their susceptibility to vitiation leading to imbalance by stresses and conflicts of various kinds which may manifest in the form of desire and or lust, anger, greed, delusion and hallucination or confusion,malice, remorse and anxiety FEAR ,and exhilaration .mental conflicts , stresses and other emotional imbalances arise out of the separation of mind from what it like or its union with what it dislike.
as would be discussed further a number of factors like lust, FEAR , sorrow, envy, anger, anxiety, guilt, frustration, depression and metal fatigue have included in the causative factors of the different diseases, the mental and physical stresses have been further emphasized when Charaka says that ADHARMA OR MISCONDUCT is essential cause of disease.the role of emotional factors like happiness and unhappiness has been emphasized by CHARAKA, when he considers unhappiness to be most important among the factors aggravating a disease and happiness as the most among those who nourish the body and sorrow among those cause emaciation
AS stated by Charaka the rajas and tamas are the morbidic . factor affecting mind. among the disorders brought about by these two are desire , anger ,greed, envy, anxiety, remorse, FEAR,exhilaration
the innumerable kinds of diseases are produced by the impaired equilibrium of SARIIKA (PHYSICAL) AND MANASIKA ( MENTAL) DOSAS. the imbalance of mansika dosas is responsible for anger, greed, infatuation envy, conceit arrogance, anxiety, remorse, FEAR grief etc similarly impaired , equilibrium of tridosas ( VATA , PITTA, AUR KAPHA ) PRODUCE SEVERAL TYPES OF SOMAATIC DISEASES LIKE FEVER, DIARRHEA , LEPROSY etc,
premature expulsion of the excreta or suppression of the natural urges , indulgence in rash act, over indulgence in sex, procrastination of treatment, wrong understanding of actions , disregard of modesty and custom, disrespect towards the venerable , indulgence in things which one knows to be harmful or highly intoxicating, moving at improper times and improper places, friendship with evil doers, the abandoning of good habits inculcated in the chapter on the regimentation of the sense , envy, pride, FEAR, anger, greed, folly, arrogance, delusion or injurious acts,emanating from these or any act that is harmful to the body or any similar act arising out of passion and delusion all these are said by the sages to be violation transgressions causative of disease.

loneliness is lovely
what is loneliness ? to remain in peace area may create peace/loneliness or loneliness is deep seated in your mind,some may to the Himalaya in search of peace because there is a loneliness. so you get peace there automatically. but if you are sitting with your beloved so you will peace in any where. when there is mutually understanding with some one and you are with him in crowded situation so we will get or remain in loneliness . if you are with not mutually understanding person then you will be in unrest. some times when you are totally alone but not in peace. although there is loneliness but you are in unrest.. so it indicates that loneliness and peace has not relations in some times.we are fighting with own self. we are wandering here and there in search of peace. when there is not peace/rest/serenity/ tranquility so the there will be no loneliness and no realization of peace. to can attain peace in home and if you are in unrest so the peace will bite you and some times kill you.
cruelity on animals
today we are claiming ourselves most civilized and well informed human beings. now we are going towards inhumanity we have given up our moral duties and ethics for the sake of foods, entertainment, clothing, medicines .we are playing the lives of millions of animals . not only one specie but we are killings all. how cruel we are , when we are adopting cruelty on animals so that effects on the society, family and individuals. all animals are having their own natures, habits, ethics, morality, diets. if cows, buffolows , elephants, camels, monkey, goats they eats green grass and leaves,only. they do not eat meats or other things . like wise tigers, loins cheetahs are eating meats , animals so they are not eating green grass. they are firm in their principles and follow strictly. IN SHIVPURI MADHYA PRADESH (INDIA there is a MADHAV NATIONAL PARK . when you enter the park there you will find a SIGN BOARD ''BEHIND THE CURTAIN YOU WILL SEE THE DANGEROUS ANIMAL"WHEN YOU REMOVE THE CURTAIN YOU WILL SEE A MIRROR, WILL SEE YOUR IMAGE. so MAN is a dangerous animal. all animals have own principles but MAN is a complex of ALL ANIMALS. HE HAS NO PRINCIPLES, ETHICS, NATURE. HOW CRUEL WE ARE . w have crossed the limits of the cruelty. it is a herculean tasks for us how to prevent these atrocities and save them. it is a very alarming sign for the humanity if we will not check the killings, cruelty so our future will be in dark. and the violence is increasing and individual will be heartless, no compassion, love, affinity so the family, society and nation will be effected. this is now a days a international problems for us.

AAPATTI, VIPATTI, SAMPATTI AND SANTUSHTI. SAFALTA means if you will raise any objection on the papers so person will be effected by and problem will arise so will provide money and accepted will be satisfied and you will be known as winner..in our ancient books and policy makers had widely and bitterly spoken on this matter also. कार्यार्थी पुरुषो को घूसखोर अधिकारी लूटते हैं. घूसखोरी से सम्बन्ध रखने वाली प्रजा की बलि न करे अर्थात रजा प्रजा को घूसखोरों से बचावे. बल्तापुर्वक रिश्वतखोर समस्त पापों के आगमन का द्वार रूप होते हैं. रिश्वतखोरी से जीविका करने वाले अपनी माता का भी स्तन काट लेते हैं.अर्थात अपने हितेषियो से भी रिश्वत ले लेते हैं तो दूसरों से रिश्वत लेना तो साधारण बात हैं. जिस रजा के यहाँ घूंस के कारन कार्य रुकता हो , वह राजा घूस खोरों के हाथ बिक जाता हैं. अर्थात जिससे रिश्वत ली जाती हैं , उसका अन्याय युक्त कार्य भी न्याय युक्त बता कर रिश्वत खोरों को सिध्ह करना पड़ता हैं, जिससे स्वामी को आर्थिक क्षति होती हैं , यही रिश्वत खोरों द्वारा स्वामी को बेचना समझाना चाहिए . घूस - रिश्वत - आदि अन्याय द्वारा प्रजा से धन की प्राप्ति रजा के लिए उसी तरह की हैं , जिस तरह महा गिरा कर लोहे की कील प्राप्त करने की हैं. घूस खोरी से राजा का महल नष्ट हो जाता हैं.जो राजा घूस - रिश्वत लेकर कार्य करता हैं , उसके राज्य में किसका कल्याण हो सकता हैं. क्योकि यदि देवता रूप राजा भी चोरों की सहायता करने लग जायतो प्रजा का कल्याण कहाँ से होगा ? जब रक्षक ही भषक बन जाये तब प्रजा का कल्याण किस प्रकार हो सकता हैं. राजा के लिए घूस से अर्थ -लाभ प्रदर्शित करने वाला अमात्य ( मंत्री) राजा के देश, कोष , मित्र, और सैन्य का भक्षण कर जाता हैं.नष्ट कर देता हैं. राजा का अन्याय करना , समुद्र के मर्यादा -लंघन के समान, सूर्य द्वारा अन्धकार के प्रसार -सरीखा और माता का अपनी संतान के भक्षण -सा हैं और सब कलिकाल का ही विलास हैं. प्रजा का सुखरूप अथवा दुखरूप समय यापन करने का कारण राजाहोता हैं..
धनोपार्जन की आवश्यकता ;;अप्रसिध और अप्रतीष्ठलोंगो को प्रसिद्ध तथा प्रतिष्ठ बनाए में धन जितना समर्थ हैं , उतना और कोई नहीं .

राजा अधिकारीयों से रिश्वत द्वारा संचित धन ३ प्रकार से प्राप्त कर सकता हैं.===== १ नित्य परिक्षण अर्थात साद अधिकारीयों की जाँच पड़ताल करना अर्थात गुप्तचरों द्वारा उनके दोष जानकर कड़ी सजा देना,२ख़ांआ विपर्याय अर्थात उन्हें उच्च पदों से प्रथक्क करना जिससे भयभीत होकर रिश्वत से धन बताने में बाध्य हो सके ३ समय समय पर अधिकारीयों को पुरुस्कृत करते रहना , जिससे प्रसन्न हो कर गुप्त धन दे देवे.

BJP BID IN VILLAGES
it is a good message to the other party workers that they should also adopt the same measures as MR JHA did. but how many are adopting/ following. there are only mouth publicity. no body wants go to villages. the year ending is the day of enjoyment, celebration. every body wants to enjoy with his family and friend circles. the villagers are the real feeder of our victory. secondly they are the real sufferers, the govt.'s program mes are not executed there smoothly. there approaches are poor. still many villages are facing electricity, roads,PDS, school, health, revenue , irrigation problems,. there are no awakening. some those are involved are enjoying there.still hungriness, unemployment are there. grass root problems are there. school teachers are not doing their duties regularly. health services are zero. the buildings are there. no residential facilities are there so no employees are not residing on their head quarters.revenue and electricity problems are existing. these are incurable diseases in the villages. no body is ready to solve the problems.
in this context my advise is that we should make a elaborate program me village wise village . we should study about the existing facilities, what are required and how to solve first in local level,block level and district levels.the execution s must be and if failures are there to find out the causes. only lip sympathy is not needed. at present information is wider and relives are not there so unrest is there. that burst on the time of voting. so to know and follow. it requires team work, not only the state chief visit is sufficient.it is team work. if not follow so future will be in dark. no body will will spare to any one. continuous contacts, relieves from pains agonies, crisis and provide maximum facilities are needed. still we have time so utilizes more and more and make a confidences .

i do agree the coming of new year . we are celebrating since our birth and will be continue after our death and GOD knows up to how many years. it is indefinite and we can say may be endless. like this new year, we are celebrating in the month of CHAITRA ie gudipadwa, some are from Deepawali. GOVERMENTS fron April to March. it is also true that it is customary.in the month of spring the nature is unable to save its own beauty. in this connection, i want to say that we can/ do celebrate new year as a new day of life. everyday, every hour and every minute is all very special. also,you do not know if it is your last minute of life.secondly what we gained from yesterday. is there any improvement in our life style. what is the value of soul and how you are detaching your self and what you gaining and ultimate goal is to fulfill the worldly desires or to remove the extra karmas those are attached with your soul andue to those karmas we are wandering here and there. we want every year new year or we want to set free from this cycle. it is the need of introspection.

Human is not a Meat Eater
A carnivore's stomach secretes powerful digestive enzymes with about 10
times the amount of hydrochloric acid than a human or herbivore. The pH
is less than or equal to "1" with food in the stomach, for a carnivore
or omnivore. For humans or other herbivores, the pH ranges from 4 to 5
with food in the stomach. Hence, man must prepare his meats with
laborious cooking or frying methods. E. Coli bacteria, salmonella,
campylobacter, trichina worms [parasites] or other pathogens would not
survive in the stomach of a lion.
A carnivore's or omnivore's small intestine is three to six times the
length of its trunk. This is a tool designed for rapid elimination of
food that rots quickly. Man's, as well as other herbivore's small
intestines are 10 to 12 times the length of their body, and winds itself
back and forth in random directions. This is a tool designed for
keeping food in it for long enough periods of time so that all the
valuable nutrients and minerals can be extracted from it before it
enters the large intestine.
A carnivore's or omnivore's large intestine is relatively short and
simple, like a pipe. This passage is also relatively smooth and runs

we lover of nonviolence ,animal protection and vegetarianism are since long opposing the EXPORT OF MEAT. during the election all parties manifestos indicate that we will ban the export of meat but after the elections and being the ruler they forget the words and increasing / promoting the export of meat.
we are worried for the cruelty on innocent animals, and there lack of quantities effecting the milk productions, ecological imbalances. and by eating the meats they are inviting many serious/ chronic and incurable diseases.some have arguments that they are disabled so we are sending to the slaughter houses. is this applicable to our own parents when they are old, disabled so send them to the slaughter houses/ shelter houses or on streets for begging. i want to say that if you keep in your houses old cattle's , they are still be most useful. their urine,cow dung may be used as a compost fertilizers that can save the money. their fertilizer will be natural. in every aspect the old, disabled animals are useful or the society. they are also the citizen of the nation and they have also right to live independently.some time their transportation s are in humane. mercilessly. it is a very alarming sign for us. we are entertain g our selves on the cost of others,
still the numbers are declining and govts are trying to open the mechanized slaughter houses saying that they will be suffer less pains. the killings of the animal is a painless . mind it a nation whose livelihood is based on meat, blood.leathers of the animals and not adopting the principles of nonviolence, animal protection and vegetarianism the future of the nation will be dark. unrest, violence's,killings and murders, thefts and lawless ness will be there. we are requesting to the govts kindly adopt sympathetically attitudes towards them and save them.
