it is an alarming sign that we are still facing the basic needs scarcity. after 65 years the state, central and local bodies govts are unable to provide minimum infrastructures like water, roads, water, electricity, education. food  and houses.poverty is the sin of individual  and the duties of the govt to provide the minimum needs.the corruptions are playing major roles in this regards. population is also major factor for development. due to population all program mes of the govts fail.
