C M is realized the delay decisions are painful. in his state MP (man pasand) govt thousand cases are pending in every departments. like wise pension cases, DE promotion, vacancies, leave cases are there. sufferers are unheard. where they go for strikes. if they do so the D E starts.i suggest that c M and cabinate minister should go to fast unto death. so chances of success will be there.
