it is not a proper way. every body has power/legal right to attend the
conference. he was refused and argument is his life is endanger. it is
not an ideal situation like a democratic country India. some one are
opposing so G O I and state govt have shown timidness. he is a man of
high caliber. his absence is more powerful than he is not coming. we should respect to all. why govt is failure to not providing security to him.
