it is a genuine appeal done by HEALTH MINISTER MR AZAD , how or doctors are doing their duties in the govt hospitals and medical college hospitals. all govts doctors are drawing salary as a privy - purse and after retirement they are getting pensions. our doctors are not bearing responsibility for the patients . their interests are in private practices.they have no sympathies towards the patients.in villages and remote areas no body is interested to remain there.how much MR AZAD is hopeful from N R I'S,
