IN OUR COUNTRY SPECIALLY IN GOVT'S ORGANIZATION you will do dedicated duties will not appreciated by the government . if some irregularities may occur your whole carrier will be ruined.appreciations are not in the the govt but punishment is ready. all officers are interested to punish the rising person. departmental inquiry  and official diplomacy are the  major factors to harass any one. we know that these are senior persons so take decision mildly and use them for the development of the nation. they are qualified they will be absorbed any where. we know the laws are like a swords no body is spared by the sword who touches it.
