HE IS A RICH AND POWERFUL PERSON. secondly MR KATIYAR SAID WE WANT VIBHISHAN . he has given money to the party men as a donations what is the harm. in politics all are tainted and corrupts. criminals are the best qualified persons for politics. political parties are the shelter place of politicians.no body has dare to expelled Babu singh.at present BJP is the rising party so they are interested such persons.
