is there any protocol of drivers. the drivers are mostly intoxicated.
some time they begins their journey late and wanted to reach with in
time so in hasty they are not worried for the other vehicles and foot
travelers.what will be punishment in road acts. so died will not returned.and he will be saved by the department and also his advocate.he will be set free .it is in our country every thing is possible.
