it is true that the without causes nothing happens. we know that the tendency of the government that without strikes nothing is done by government. as a worker the dissatisfaction are there. we have forgotten our culture to respect the opinions of others. if workers are demanding so some where
is the causes and governments are bound to consider the matters. some
may be not practical or unacceptable but to think over and solve the
problems. due to strikes the losses are more and disputes between the
employer and employees increased.people suffers and ultimately
governments talk and try to materialized the matter. why such stage
comes. when the unions are requesting since long and govt have time to
solve the problems but remains unheard.
