every coin has two sides. one side is this the time of the bikers. it was not the ideal time. secondly when are doing actions if some may face accident among them and if some one died so the question will be raised that what is the duties of the police. there is no night patrolling. if police does and police stops such acts so the disputes take place. now the dead will not alive but the many questions of controversies will be there. i hope the moral duty of the parents, citizens, actors that do not do such act which creates conflict. secondly what police did it may be circumstantial.i hope it is the matter of controversies.but we have to consider the matter from all angles.
