there are several theories and practices are prevalent for health building and weight loss. we know that there are some expensive treatment for the debility and most expensive for weight loss mechanism. now there is no need to attend ashram or 5 star hotels or spas. we know the the obesity is the cause of our life style. there is a economical theory if you are earning more and expenses are less so you will deposit the money in your bank, if earning is less and expenses are more so you curtail your expenses, loan from banks or friends and do the theft. like wise you are eating 2 roti and doing work hard so you will be in balanced health and body , if you are eating less and working more so you will be lean and thin. now the question is intake and out put. income and expenses. expenses are in proper way, or misusing or banking. it true sense we have involuntarily invited unwanted diseases and requires treatments and expenses of money. no a days sweating is the indication of sub standard. if we regulate our life style as per nature and as per your need. there is no any hard and fast rules, if you have faith in own self. first of all early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. bu it is not necessary to get up as early. no take complete and sound sleep . and follow the RULES OF GOOD CONDUCT. according to SUSRUTA a man is called normal if his DOSAS, AGNIS AND DHATUS are in the sate of equilibrium. apart from this he should be mentally happy. to maintains psychosomatic equilibrium one should follow the rules of good conducts. a man should get up early in the morning before sunrise THEN HE SHOULD CLEAN HIS HANDS AND ANUS PROPERLY WITH THE PURE WATER.
mouth and dental cleaning should be done after defecation every day in the morning.cleaning of the tongue.. cleaning of the eyes,physical exercises., bath, diet. QUANTITY of PHYSICAL EXERCISES ==The old man perform light exercise every day in the morning.women should do the exercise keeping their constitution of the body. CONTRADICTION OF THE EXERCISE A man should not do physical exercise after COITUS,AFTER TAKING HEAVY MEALS AND IN FEBRILE CONDITIONS.the excessive exercise produces loss of body weight, thirst, vertigo, laziness, fever and respiratory troubles.
DIETS THE HUMAN BODY as an outcome of nutrition, diseases are believed to be the result of impaired nutrition. thus disease and health arise as the result of wholesome and unwholesome diet ingested in fourfold manner , eaten, drunk, licked up and medicated. seasonal diets are also increased health. there are three types of diets SATTAWIK , RAJSIK AND TAMSIK, swattiwk diets are healthy and fruitful for every one where as rajsik and tamsik diets are harmful. sattawik means normal diets balanced spices butter, oil and maximum vegetables where as rahsik indicates excessive spices, onions oils and peppers etc and tamsik indicates nonveges with rajsik. now the health and diets are reciprocally dependent and independent. so be light and be delighted.
