delayed justice is also injustice.investigating agencies take more time for taking the actions against any one. i think that agencies are conducting their duties on person to person.. she is known corrupt lady, politician, and C M OF UP. but still she is saved and will remain safe up to her last breaths. delayed tactics are adopted by her,.if she found guilty must be punished R I and all money should be forfeited.
