we are the proud to be INDIAN, BHARTIYA AND HINDUSTAN.Kerala state is an Indian state where, Delhi. Goa H P are Bhartiya  AND OTHERS are HINDUSATNI states. in our state like M P. the chances are more to br required for sanitation, roads, schools,electricity, health services. in our state we are developed on papers and in the sights of CHIEF MINISTER , minsters and officials, but in grass root level  we are too far. still we are waiting for roads, electricity, health services and educations and sanitation's.  in true sense state govt employees are very irresponsible specially  in blocks and in rural areas. and also in secretariat  and directorates . govt servants, officers are not dutiful. in villages they are not doing their duties. i have an experience that  my department's employees are getting more salaries  than PRESIDENT OF INDIA. how ? suppose PRESIDENT is getting salary in a month 2lacs. that means Rs 7000 .00 per day for 24 hours. in my department  they are posted in villages . expenses of one ayurved dispensary is in one month more than one lac/month. SERVANTS are doing the duties with in a month for 24 hours only .. so they are more highly paid servants. like wise education, veterinary, and other departments are functioning. so the expenses are more and out put is very less.so progress is poor.
