this means a person who is elected by means of irregular way and will reign on us for 5 years. i know that ECE IS correct but we have to find out the amicable way to control on the elected representative.we are facing such irregularities conducted by elected person. he becomes fearless, mighty and strongest.recall is the best way.for one or two times we will face the election ,later on it will be alright.
