every coin has two sides.in my opinion Kailash HAS NOT said any opinion about the dresses of ladies. if ladies feel wrong so no need to dress up because animals are also remain undress and look beautiful. when some one suffers then why we cry. dress is not one factor.mentality of people /men must be changed but to dress up in proper way to every one must be. sufferer suffers more, we are the eye witness and medias and associations will raise the issue and the tempo ends.
