it is nothing wrong. when the 4th class employees are doing their duties regularly in the presence of superintendent. in the micro and IN PHC, CHC WHERE the doctors and nurses are not doing their duties regularly and honestly so they are dealing the patients. in the villages they are know as CHHOTA DOCTOR,because they have clinical knowledge and dealing emergencies. they are also residing on their HQs.the highest salary doctors are not doing their duties and not doing minor work like injections, i v drips, stitching and dressing. and they have no knowledge due to not performing these menial works.our professional values day by day deteriorating. all are busying private practices,
