advantages of exercises

controlled  physical exercises are essential.when moderately performed , the physical exercises provide lightness in the body,physical activities, steadiness and fortitude.muscular activity is most essential to increase physical and biological strength. every individual of either sex of all age groups should do the exercise every day according to his age and constitution .physical exercise  increases appetite, improves digestion and removes laziness. it increases tolerance for hunger, thirst,heat, cold.a man is going regular exercise keeps himself free from diseases. his digestion is good. he sleeps well  and active in his work.
