MEENA OM has expressed her views over to control on mind.there is a chronological established procedures there . first MAN VACHAN KAYA ARE THE real sources of karm.first we decide in our mind then we express our views and in the last we do act.to control over the thoughts / mind/ man is difficult and easy also.. i can describe VIDHYA is a form of information and gyan is obtained after experiences . like wise food is a information and gyan is a last product of digestion. KARM PHILOSOPHY is very very important. karmas are functioning like C C T V. every moment we are adding the karmas by man , vachan and karma,.to control the karmas are very difficult once known which are useful and which are not useful. due to karmas we are suffering in present life and what we are doing so in next life we will suffer.
