is low salt diet for heart patient is useful or not

it is very informative article regarding the salt in the diets in heart patients especially hypertensive. every thing is excess is bad  as well as less is also dangerous for health. it must be balanced. salt is the best component of taste of meals. now the question is what is the ideal quantity of salt intake of the cardiac patient.in my opinion the amount must be his body weight .one thing i want to suggest for hypertensive patient  to control the B.P. immediately.if medicines are not available so first dip his both lower limbs in Luke  warm water for 5 minutes so his B P  will fall /control so no chances of strokes or paralysis. there are so many causes of C H D . DIETARY as well as life style factors  are as stress due to physical and emotional factors, in take of food before digestion of previous food ans suppression of natural urges.  symptomatic  treatment with established hypolipidemic and anti- anginal drugs useful INULA RACEMOSA AND COMMIPORA WIGHTII. we should follow these things 1 intake of certain food articles like old rice,green gram,dolichos beans, white gourd.ginger, garlic,onion and jaggery. 2fruits like pomegranate  and grape fruits ,coconut  etc useful. 3 meditation and yoga. these should not  be done 1 incompatible foods like curd and fish, banana, and milk are to be avoided.2 anger, worry, and fear are to be avoided.3 suppression of natural urges are to be avoided.so in this context salt is to be limited and follow the above mentioned  instruction. although there are many  but these to be apply /follow.
