it is really a very delicate issue. now a days there is no rules. every where exchange offers. in true sense she suffers more in comparison to he. at present like in our city now days it is known for education hub, so young girls and boys are coming for coaching, higher studies. they are some economical sound may be but mostly middle classes family members and they are coming from small towns and villages. after passing one month they become ware of the history of the city. then friendship starts. for that boys are doing theft, chain snatching and even robbery and girls are doing prostitution and surrogate mother's roles. there are some nursing homes are doing abortions . .it is a common practice now days. now the boys and girls are wearing duptta for covering their faces day and night.in the hotels , restaurants they are alto gather. i am narrating the naked truth. i want to say very open ly when young's/ teenagers are living / remaining day and night and are embarrassing so they are not safe /their virginity is doubted.so we adopting western culture.due to many lovers of a girl crimes rates are increasing.in this way i may say with authority new young generation is not safe and well experienced in sexual knowledge. and intern ate is the best source of giving latest and update know ledges. now it is not a sin or crime or adultery.
