food for all is the moral responsibility of govts to provide all the citizens.when our ministers, officials , corporates and riches are eating money so the moral duties of the govt to provide the foods to remained citizen. when first category are living on money so the citizen 's livelihood for food is the genuine.why G O I is hesitating.
