it is true that  without cause nothing happens. when there is fume that means fire is there. like wise G O I is worried for that they are adopting the genuine points in the bill. a worrier with out weapons is useless. every body wants effective bill , congress also but wants some safety points from where they can escape. congress party is ruling since independence. a wounded bull was sitting calmly and wound was covered with flies. a pity and mercy ,sympathizer, saintly   person was passing from there. he saw a  a wounded bull with covered with flies and was sitting calmly so  flown the flies so bull enraged and irritated and trying to injured the saintly person. saintly person saw the owner of bull and said that i flew his flies from the wound so bull enraged and irritated . there is no place of mercy, pity, charity sympathy in the society or individual. owner said and said the cause of irritation of the bull that THOSE FLIES WERE SITTING AND SUCKING THE BLOOD OF BULL WERE SATURATED AND NOW YOU FLEW ED  THE FLIES AND NEW WILL COME ON THE WOUND WILL SUCK MORE BLOOD/ SO BULL IS IRRITATING. like wise congress is saturated  and not giving a chance to others. congress is like a selfish bull, although wounded and sucking the blood  calmly. like wise PIG EATS DIRTY THINGS BUT WANTS ALONE.ANNA is appeared as a holy man with the cause of welfare in the society. first G O I accept the bill and in the both houses they will decide what is good  for us. G O I has discarded his views. and also oppositions are not satisfied by the bill. IT IS THE MORAL DUTY OF THE G O I TO RESPECT THE OPINION OF OTHERS. APPLY THE WORD BHEE ( ALSO) IN PLACE OF HEE ( MUST/ HAVE TOO) IT IS A CONFLICT MANAGEMENT. IN THIS WAY UNREST WILL BE THERE. you respect also and reciprocally all will respect you and you will be respected by all.  now it is theurge of time to maintain peace, law and order. whole world is watching us. if no will satisfy so unrest will change into revolution.
