i am unable to understand that what is the motto of DOW 's opposition. IOA is also opposing it is good what is the guarantee DOW will not expense the money generously.it is not a ideal way of opposing the investment of DOW. there are so many cases are pending in many courts so he has no right to survive freely.in our country there are several persons are tainted and criminals are participating in elections and organizing many events and are honored by the all govts. like GO I. state govts and local bodies. they are most powerful personalities of the country who are opposing to them. controversies are the part of politics and arguments are endless. you can not please every one. we are not solving our problems in our land and we are opposing in other countries land.
